	Kevin J. Gibson, P.Geol. - President & CEO and Director Kevin J. Gibson joined Palliser in March 2008. Palliser is the fourth junior oil & gas company which Kevin has successfully led as President & CEO. Prior to Palliser, Kevin was President and a Director of TSX listed Innova Exploration Ltd. from November 2000 to April 2007. Innova was sold to Crescent Point Energy Trust for $400 million ($7.55/share) plus assumption of bank debt in October 2007. At the time of the sale, Innova had one of the largest undeveloped acreage positions in the SE Saskatchewan Bakken light oil field, which Innova co-discovered with Star Point Energy in the summer of 2004. Kevin was also a Director of TSE listed Western Star Exploration Ltd. from February 1992 to January 2000. This Company was producing 1,800 boed at the time of its' sale to Enerplus Resources Ltd. for $21 million. Since graduating from the University of Calgary in 1976 with a B.Sc. Degree in Geology, Kevin has accumulated over 34 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. In 1976, he joined Atlantic Richfield (Canada) Ltd., which was later acquired by Petro-Canada Exploration, where he was responsible for the development of several of that company's most active fields. Prior to establishing the predecessor to Western Star Exploration Ltd., Kevin worked for a number of oil and gas companies where he had a broad range of responsibilities including regional geological studies, field exploration and development and prospect, as well as corporate economic analysis. Kevin also spent five years as a consultant to a number of intermediate oil and gas companies for which he provided prospect generation and economic and acquisition analysis. Kevin was instrumental to the start-up success of Grad & Walker Resources and Rio Alto Exploration Ltd.. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
	Allan B. Carswell, P.Geol. - Vice President, Exploration & COO Allan B. Carswell joined Palliser in April 2006 and brings over 17 years of geological experience to Palliser. Allan graduated from the University of Calgary in 1993 with a First Class Honors Degree in Geology. Prior to joining Palliser, Allan was Senior Exploration Geologist with NuVista Energy Ltd. with experience in drilling, as well as evaluation and acquisition of oil and gas assets. From 2000 to 2005, Allan worked for Bonavista Petroleum Ltd. and Bonavista Energy Trust as Exploration Geologist and as an Area Geologist for Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. from 1994 to 2000. In recognition of his achievements, Allan was a recipient of Calgary Inc. magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 award in October 2008. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.
	Ivan J. Condic, CA - Vice President, Finance and CFO Ivan J. Condic is Palliser's most recent addition to the executive team since joining in June 2010. He is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. Ivan has over 13 years of varied oil & gas finance and tax related experience. Prior to joining Palliser, he was the Controller at an active Canadian junior oil & gas producer, where he was part of the management team that helped grow that company from a start-up to over 6,000 boe/d. Prior thereto, he held positions with oil service and pipeline companies and KPMG.
	Glenn Taylor - Vice President, Production & Operations Glenn Taylor joined Palliser in November 2008. Glenn brings 30 years of technical, supervisory and management experience to Palliser’s executive. Glenn graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1980 with a Diploma in Engineering Technology. He served with TransGlobe Energy Corporation as Manager, Operations from 2003 to 2008, developing corporate strategy and managing operations to develop the company from 200 boed to 1,500 boed. Glenn provided consulting services to TransGlobe Energy Corporation and New Century Petroleum Corp. from 2000 to 2003. Glenn was the Operations Manager with Western Star Exploration Ltd., working with Kevin Gibson, from 1997 to 2000, growing the company’s production from 350 boed to 1,800 boed. From 1986 to 1996, Glenn served with Inverness Petroleum in various positions with increasing responsibility and as a Project Engineering Technologist with Canadian Superior Oil Ltd. from 1980 to 1986.
	Robert R. (Bob) Padget, P.Eng - Vice President, Engineering Robert R. (Bob) Padget joined Palliser's executive team in January 2009. Bob has 36 years of experience in the Canadian oil industry in most disciplines of engineering, primarily reservoir engineering and project and M&A analysis. Prior to joining Palliser, Bob held a number of positions at Great Plains Exploration between 2004 and 2008, including VP, Engineering and Chief Operating Officer. He was Vice President, Engineering and Operations at Seventh Energy in 2003 and 2004 and at Calpine Canada in 2001 and 2002. He has held Senior management positions both at Encal Energy from 1996 to 2001 and at Home Oil Company from 1984 to 1995. Bob has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
