	Daryl Fridhandler Mr. Fridhandler has practiced law for 26 years and is a partner with Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. He was formerly Chairman and Founder of Innova Exploration Ltd.
	Kevin J. Gibson Mr. Gibson has 33 years of industry experience, most recently with Innova Exploration Ltd., a public oil and gas company. He was previously with Western Star Exploration, RioAlto Exploration, Grad & Walker Resources & ARCO.
	Ken Crowther Mr. Crowther is the former President of Sproule Associates Limited and has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
	Stephen Hayden Mr. Hayden has 15 years experience. He is a Founder and Managing Director of Ivy Capital Management, a firm which manages money for high net worth individuals. He is also a Director and majority shareholder of Hayden Capital Corp., an investment operation which has investments in private and public companies, as well as commercial real estate holdings. Prior to starting Hayden Capital Corp., Mr. Hayden was an investment banker and securities lawyer for ten years.
	Allan Carswell Mr. Carswell has over 17 years of industry experience, most recently as Vice President & COO of Palliser; as Senior Geologist at NuVista Energy Ltd. and prior thereto, Bonavista Petroleum Ltd., a public oil and gas company. He was previously with Canadian Natural Resources Limited.
	Jeffrey C. Saponja Mr. Saponja is a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of TriAxon Oil Corp., a private light oil focused junior oil and gas producer. Prior thereto, he was a founding member, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of TriAxon Resources Ltd., which formed in May of 2006 with an initial private placement financing of $40 million and sold in December of 2009 for approximately $250 million. Mr. Saponja graduated with a BSc degree, with distinction, in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in Canada and obtained an MBA at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom.
